The chief is a true enthusiast. She works around seasonal produce and tasty cuisine. " During my childhood, I learned three things from my parents : to eat healthy food, to spend a lot of time in the fresh and to cultivate my garden" But she is also a keen amateur gardener. She even maintains personnaly the garden of medicinal plants and a part of the potager.

The food at Jardin d'Anichi reflects a deep bond with the land, a commitment to sustainable practices and daily collaboration between kitchen and the garden staff. Year round, Anichi farmers harvest produce ands herbs every morning to support the kitchen.
Eggs and chicken are sourced from our organic farm.
All the fish is line-caugnt in Guadeloupe by a family-run business. We are happy to work with individual guest to accomodate specific dietary needs.
